One of the many changes

"You can have all the knowledge and skills in the world, but if your "blueprint" isn't set for success, you're financially doomed."
--T. Harv Eker

I want to take this opportunity to introduce you to T. Harv Eker. He is a bestselling author and one of the world's top trainers. His newest book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind™, is a publishing phenomenon, reaching #1 on the NY Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller lists in its first week out!

In the book, Harv reveals 17 specific ways that RICH people think and act differently from POOR and MIDDLE-CLASS people. The book is a brilliant yet quick read. I recently attended an event hosted by Success Resources, and I now finally have the tools to be successful in ALL aspects of my life, especially in the financial arena! Since attending the seminar, I have been given access to a recording of a e-Seminar he hosted where he describes his foolproof methods for financial success. I'm sharing with you the link because the seminar really worked for me and I'd like to see you benefit too...

Simply put, Harv teaches people how to master the "inner game" of wealth in order to create outward success. Harv seems to have a personal mission to help people realize their full potential by applying the principles he struggled to learn the hard way. These principles got him from broke to millionaire in only two and-a-half years, so I figure if he can do it, so can I. If you can grasp even a few of the principles of success he outlines, you too, can achieve financial freedom. One of the things I learned from the seminar was that the most powerful truths are simple and indestructible; you can use them to create a foundation upon which to build your own "rich life," no matter how much or how little success you have experienced up until now. And a "rich life" is about more than just money... You can transform your life from the inside out...Find out how!

T.Harv Eker's e-Seminar

"Give me five minutes and I can predict your financial future for the rest of your life!"
--T. Harv Eker
Sound unlikely? Well it's true. In just a few minutes of conversation, T. Harv Eker can predict your financial future by identifying what he calls your "financial blueprint" for money and success. Right now you're probably trying to figure out whether your own blueprint is set for wealth, moderate success or poverty. The answer is simple! Look at your results in the real world: your income, assets and net worth. Your results reflect your inner blueprint.
During the Millionaire Mind eSeminar, Harv will:
· Reveal the root causes of your money problems
· Demystify the destinies of the rich and poor
· Explain how (and why!) some people are programmed to fail
· Show you how to generate amazing results
· Help you expose your unconscious conditioning
· Spell out how you can reach your full financial potential

家好月圓 Moonlight Resonance

家好月圓 Moonlight Resonance, is the popular TVB series which has just ended on Sunday. 40 episodes of fury, love, jealousy, relationship and money. It is a very touching series. Although I only watched about 10 episodes, I think it is a well written and directed series. The characters not only are well developed but strong. It really touches me especially about family values. I was talking about family and the importance of it in my last post. I think for those who have problems or issues with family, there is hope. The series reflect many real life scenarios and also have alternative outcomes which are good practical model answers to life :D Here are 3 of the basics:
  1. The only way to stop a vicious cycle is to STOP HERE and NOW
  2. Always practice compassion and happiness will follow
  3. Be patience
Hope everyone and familiy are Healthy, Happy and Wealthy...

An Island of Truth

What is truth and why I would choose to call it an island? Some of us have lived and not seen much truth. Some would even be so twisted to say the the opposite to be the truth. Some would suggest truth is a perception. I personally have seen some and think, truth is an island because what you see to be true might not apply to others. As a result, truth only holds in the mind and with all the facts and clause in tact; truth will vanish if the consequences change. Hence truth is an island and I hope everyone will find theirs so there will be less misunderstanding and fight as one cannot force their truth on anyone else :)

I decided to share this picture as well. This is a temple wall and walkway at a popular temple in Hangzhou. Life and the picture has one thing in comment, you cannot see the end but because you see the path, you would continue walking. Lately, I have looked back at the past 2 years and realised life is beautiful if you can stop and enjoy the scenery once a while ;) I am grateful to all my families and friends that have supported me and allowed me to grow at my own parse :D

Back to reality ;) Last weekend was a great one where families and friends get together in union for Mooncake festival. I was blessed with great families, friends and clear vision. In the 2 heavily packed days plus I was exhausted from all the traveling, I have saw so much I decide to write it down for the record.

I saw:
  1. Happiness can only come from within
  2. No one will see your way until you show it to them
  3. Money can buy many things but not wisdom and happiness
  4. Blood is thicker than water, so say what you like, family is very important and cherish and treat them well :D
  5. When you are happy, you can drive 900Km even when you are sick ;)
  6. Love shall not be seek but given by others unconditionally :D
Most of us might have read the above points somewhere, but I think these are some of the things one has to see to believe ;) Wow... have I gone CRAZY ? hehehe

To all my friends and family, hope you are always happy and enjoying life where ever you are :D

A new month and start of Ramadan ;)

One more day and I will be going for another exciting FOOD trip. Yeah... I will be in Shanghai, China. Will update you if I have time and internet connection else see you in a week time :D I will be visiting International FoodTec China and hope to find potential importers/buyers in China, and organic and natural products suppliers that are suitable for my new concept in the near future.

Last weekend, was the Merdeka weekend for Malaysians. It is a confusing time for many Malaysians as they have to cope with 2 major extremes: worrying about the Budget 2009 and having fun celebrating Merdeka day.

Enough of of the dry stuff of life, let's go for some food :D. Fancy lunch on Friday. With the last voucher of Starwood memeberhsip, I was at Al Nafourah, LeMeridien for a nice lunch. They served Middle Eastern cuisine in a Moorish interior. More pictures of food and interior on my facebook. I am planning to go back for some Kebabs over dinner. Do let me know if you wanna join me so we can arrange a time :D

From fancy to local and yummy :D On Saturday morning I took my car for service in Old Klang Road so I decided to drop by a small hawker store there to have something simple. Barley with fuchok and Nyonya mee. The Nyonya mee is just like asam laksa but without fish and lots more of lemongrass and ginger flower.... its yummy. Don't like the fish balls and crab stick tho ;)
